It's entirely reasonable for us all, at some point, to be anxious and confused by life, challenged by relationships, family life and or the direction of our career. Life can be difficult, there's no denying that, you just don't have to suffer in silence. Really, the only qualification in seeking therapy is to be a normal human being. I work with both individuals and couples, My experience tends to be with issues, which include, anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship issues, low self-esteem and self-confidence, to name but a few. Together we get to the core and work on eradicating it.
To get the most out of therapy you need to approach sessions with honesty, everything you say is confidential. We are all unique and the journey is different for everybody. Therapy is not a quick fix, often requiring time and commitment, its through this process that we find answers, together. I aim to do this as quickly and as pain free as possible.
