I'm Sue, a counsellor and psychotherapist working online across the UK to give you the flexibility to meet from your own home or chosen safe place. Have you recently received an ADHD diagnosis and are unsure how to proceed? Living with feelings of difference can leave you with scars, bruises and difficult ideas of self worth. You may be frustrated with some challenges that you don't seem to be able to overcome; you may be carrying criticism and rejection and 'failures' which make it difficult to find a way forward. You may have talents which you struggle to fully use or projects you struggle to complete.
As an experienced counsellor I work to help unpack which challenges are related to understanding how your mind works and which parts are a result of the weight of rejections, criticism and self doubt you have accumulated from being held account to a set of rules which never matched your mind type in the first place.
I aim to help you become choiceful in how you move forward, making the most of you, with strategies to tackle obstacles your way and a greater sense of self worth.
