Life can be a struggle sometimes including coming to terms with experiences and traumas from the past. For some, this may include looking at belief systems, ways of thinking, feelings or behaviours that are not helpful.
Together we can discover new and more satisfying ways of relating and living your life. As part of my practice I incorporate CBT Mindfulness Rewind EFT Hypnotic Release Healing and Energy Psychology for the release of stress, anxiety and trauma. I offer special financial consideration for British Ex-Service Personnel suffering PTSD and related symptoms.
