I am a Senior Accredited Integrative Counsellor, Clinical Counselling Supervisor & Child & Young People's Therapist (CYPT) supporting individuals & families. Specialising in Neurodiversity; the range of brain function & differences, behavioural traits such as Autism A.S.D, ADHD/ADD, & SpLD supporting a wide range of issues. My approach to Well-being combines a unique blend of Person-centre, Psychodynamic & Psychoeducation. I also offer official diagnoses of Dyslexia and advise corporate & educational settings on mental health issues. I strive for equality & diversity creating an inclusive atmosphere for everyone.
SLCC is situated in a unqiue private and confidential setting which has 10 acres of gardens, woodland and ponds. This allows you the freedom to explore your issues and deepest fears safely. Either in the counselling room or simply walking n talking if that suits you. I am an experienced senior accredited counsellor who will guide and support on your journey.
My personal journey has been painful, blighted and life changing so I can relate to most issues especially suicide. These life experiences enable me to be present, compassionate and understanding. Family Support
Our Core belief is that 'A family doesn't need to be perfect it just needs to be united'. We start out on the journey of family life with loving intentions, only to discover it can be a challenging. Parents of children with learning difficulties and mental health issues can be socially isolated and lonely. Our group is inclusive, non-judgemental and monitored by an experienced counsellor and led by a Nita Underwood. The centre is located in a unique private setting where you can safely share 'face-to-face' life experiences openly and honestly.

Counselling Supervision:Individual & Groups (3max)
Supervision is pivotal & critical to our work, finding the right supervisor can be a difficult journey. My experience as a practitioner will support your work safely. Individual sessions £90 per hour but typically 1.5 £115. Group max 3 £180 1.5 hours.
