This is what I believe is the basis to my style of Psychotherapy.
I am an integrative psychotherapist, experienced working with adults, couples and young people. My focus is based upon helping my clients develop a different relationship with themselves and others which is more fulfilling and less harmful. I am also experienced in working with clients where trauma may require a greater depth of understanding.
I will treat each person who contacts me as unique with a unique set of experiences. All my clients will receive a professional and confidential service from the moment I am contacted. I always try to be as open and honest as I can be whether I believe I can be helpful.
