There will be times when we all experience emotional difficulties in our lives and where we will often look for support from our family and friends. Sometimes, however, this is not enough. Hello and welcome. My name is Sue and I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I offer confidential face to face counselling in a warm, comfortable and friendly riverside office setting in Stockton. I have over 13 years’ experience of working with both male and female adults and young people. This includes working with a variety of issues from anxiety and depression through to relationship issues
I specialise in relationship issues offering a confidential and safe space in which to explore your experiences and issues offering a person-centred counselling service to give you the opportunity to make changes in your life.. Feeling heard and understood is often the first step towards change. So, I invite you to take some time for yourself.
