Are you or your teenager seeking a compassionate and holistic approach to mental health? As a person-centred integrative counsellor, I specialise in supporting both teenagers and adults through their unique journeys. Before transitioning into counselling, I spent many years in education, working as a Special Needs Coordinator and safeguarding lead. My experience in these roles allowed me to support numerous students as they navigate the complexities of their teenage years. I work with adults also supporting with the many stresses of modern life.
My practice combines evidence-based techniques with a warm, empathetic approach, ensuring that each session is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, self-esteem issues, stress related challenges or navigating the complexities of neurodiversity, I provide a safe and non-judgemental space.
I believe in creating a safe, space where clients can openly express their thoughts and feelings, as well as empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve well-being. My approach is holistic, and through active listening and collaborative problem-solving, I aim to empower my clients to build resilience and achieve their personal goals.
