There are certain points in life when our usual ways of coping don't seem to be working for us. It may be following a loss or other life transition or sometimes just too much change at once. In time we can feel more choice, vitality and clarity about what is truly important in our lives.
I have over 25 years experience and offer a safe , accepting and confidential space to begin to explore how you feel and where you may be stuck. I love helping individuals wherever they find themselves, to reconnect with their strengths , their wholeness and autonomy through healing what has in the past needed to be hidden or not expressed.
It takes courage to reach out, to dare to take a step into often unknown territory , but I am here to support you each step of the way.
