I have 17 years experience providing psychological therapy in the NHS and am a lecturer in counselling and psychotherapy at the University of Leeds. I work to help people overcome a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, addiction and stress management. I received the 2016 Outstanding Research Award from the British Association.
