I integrate different ideas and approaches in order to understand your experiences. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy and family therapy.
I offer a safe, person-centred, non-judgemental space where you can be supported in exploring your past, present and future within a therapeutic relationship where you will feel seen and heard. I will work with you work you to reduce your distress and achieve your potential.
