As the world shifts around us, and under us, it’s very common to feel overwhelmed, anxious, or to suffer from depression. Hi, I'm Steve and I would love to help. I have a wide experience of different groups, clients, and presenting issues, and I would love to offer a warm and non-judgemental presence to help you find clarity in your life. I work in Prestwich, Salford and Manchester in person, and countrywide online. I have particular experience with working with stress, bereavement, anxiety, and depression. I recognise therapy can be expensive, so offer reduced rates for those on lower incomes.
I work primarily as a person-centred counsellor, providing the space for you to find your own path through your troubles, or to help you see clearly that which will improve your life. I believe firmly in your ability to solve your own problems when provided with the right conditions for personal growth.
Together we can work in person, online, outdoors, or on the phone to help find your way back to yourself again. I believe very much in your power to choose the location of therapy that will suit you best, and we can discuss this in our initial consultation. I look forward to working with you, and to the journey we will take together.
