Welcome. My name is Steve and I am a psychosynthesis therapist - a fully accredited member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy. After years of experience in respite care, I offer a safe space to assist you with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, low self-esteem, low confidence and anger management. Dream work and finding inner strength through nature are also approaches that I bring to our sessions

I find these approaches can be very helpful in re-establishing your inner ground so that you are better prepared to explore any habits and mindsets which might be holding you back. Ultimately, I really want to support you in finding your joy and self-compassion so you can be fully you.
