I offer a creative, non-judgmental psychotherapeutic relationship in which you can explore your bereavement, significant loss, depression, anxiety or spirituality at your own pace. Bereavement can leave you feeling lost, alone, shattered, stuck, numb, not yourself, fearful of burdening others and feeling unfamiliar to yourself. Depression can be heavy and draining, while anxiety can be too energising and exposing, and both can be isolating and exhausting. Significant losses - of a job, relationship, faith, health, expectations, even illusions (!) - can also be equally challenging as well as opportunities for befriending yourself.
Exploring your experience with me will lead to new awareness. This will enable you to make better sense of your situation and also find new ways of relating to yourself, and others. This will increase your sense of satisfaction and your ability to cope with whatever life is throwing at you.
