I specialise in working with conflicting couples and clients new to counselling. I help clients manage complex relationships, overcome trauma and relieve anxiety. Clients find me approachable, curious, culturally fluent and realistic in my counselling methods. Convinced that relationships are the avenue to lasting change, my goal in therapy is to create a safe therapeutic relationship that provides a setting for clients to experience healing and empowerment. I work with clients with depression, anxiety, unwanted sexual behaviour, relationship struggles, anger, trauma, burnout, unresolved family issues and more severe mental illnesses.
