Hello Im Steph, an accredited CBT therapist specialising in supporting people with anxiety and low self-esteem. I understand how exhausting and overwhelming it feels to carry the burden of self-doubt. Not feeling good enough, overthinking everything and feeling like an imposter. I understand how isolating it can feel, especially if you have become skilled in masking your true feelings to the outside world.
Through my personal experience of learning to manage anxiety and Using cognitive behavioural therapy, I can support you to better understand where your anxiety and self doubt comes from. We will do this by exploring past experiences and the relationship between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
With a deeper understanding of self, we will work together on developing new coping strategies to help you to navigate the challenges you face. I will be here alongside you, to offer guidance and help you to make sense of what might feel like a hopeless and confusing time.
