You do not need to be alone when navigating some of life’s most complex matters. In therapy, it is important that we form an alliance when working together, providing a space for exploration. I encompass a humanistic approach, alongside a number of other therapeutic approaches to support you. Our therapy is open ended to ensure time to build a therapeutic alliance. Having a space free of judgement and genuine compassion for whatever it is that brings you if vital.
I have a variety of tools in my work such as constellation, IFS and analytic approach and humanistic relational approaches. This means therapy is directed to support your individual needs.
You will be fully supported by me and a very experienced and qualified clinical supervisor. Your wellbeing is my priority. Ground floor accessibility available.
