Everyone will experience difficulties at some point in their lives but sometimes we need help to overcome problems and find better life solutions. I am a qualified, accredited counsellor and therapist with 20 years experience in private practice, workplace settings and adult mental health services. My training and experience enable me to work with a wide range of issues, with a specialist area in panic/anxiety/trauma/PTSD.
