We are a group of Plymouth based team of accredited professional therapists providing services in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Counselling, Life Coaching and Integrative Psychotherapy. We are specialists in a wide variety of difficulties and offer assessment and treatment to clients, as well as clinical supervision for other health professionals. Our practitioners are fully accredited, and we also have practitioners in training so we are able to offer lower rates on a sliding scale ranging from £35 - £100.
We are trauma informed practitioners and work with clients to process and explore past and present life experiences and relationships that are significant in influencing mental wellbeing and ability to recover. We help clients understand why they feel the way they do, putting the pieces of their puzzle together so they can move forward to heal.
We understand it is difficult to start therapy, so our initial focus is trying to make things as easy as possible by spending time getting to know you. We understand therapy can be costly too and therefore, as above, we offer a sliding scale and have counsellors/psychologists in training who are fully supervised but offer lower cost trainee rates.
