We are like nature - cyclical, with diversity of experiences and various emotions flowing through us at any given moment. If you’re here it might be that you’ve been stuck in one of the seasons for too long, or that one of the weeds has overtaken the land and has been sucking the energy of the other beautiful plants growing in your inner forest. This means it’s time to do some clearing - to change unhelpful beliefs, habits, to release emotions that have been lingering for too long, keeping you stuck in the old ways of being. Where you are is exactly perfect to begin this process and to rewrite the new narrative for your story.
We are shaped by the meaning we take from experiences that happened to us. This means that by telling our story in a safe and nurturing environment we can gain a better understanding of ourselves at the same time transforming the emotions that were attached to it. In our sessions this process is supported by working with your body and mind.
This means you are learning strategies to work with yourself outside therapy. As of my background, I studied Psychology and completed a diploma in CBT. My interests lay in depth psychology, bioenergetics, meditation and nature which are integral parts of my work. I offer walk & talk therapy, online sessions and studio sessions (Saturdays only).
