I believe all parts of you, including parts that might cause difficulties for yourself or for others, are worthy of compassion, understanding, safety and fulfilment. I think of therapy as a space for you to feel heard, make sense of your past experiences, and build self-compassion, self-knowledge, and the skills needed to live in greater alignment with your needs and desires. Together we can work to connect with different parts of you, listen to their stories, understand why they behave the way they do, and help you to gain clarity and make life-affirming choices in the present.
We might explore the impact of traumas and painful events; discuss your experiences around identity, work, sex, exercise, food, parenting, health, or money; explore what it means to you to feel fulfilled, safe, or cared for; look at your interactions with loved ones; or explore your worries, uncertainties or hopes for the future.
I charge £50 for a 50 minute session. I welcome you reaching out by email if you want to discuss what you’re looking for or ask me any questions. I currently have some weekend and evening spaces available.
