I'm a trauma psychotherapist with over 11 years experience and over 18 years mentoring experience. Working somatically, relationally and collaboratively I support you to find balance between building trust & safety, whilst providing enough challenge to find deep lasting change from long standing painful relational patterns. Specialising in trauma, including relational trauma, family dysfunction, childhood and adult sexual trauma. Working with mind, body, soul and spirit, I view the human experience through a holistic lens - you are not a person who needs to be fixed, but have wounds that need attending to.

Learning emotional intelligence & understanding your needs we work towards healing your wounding, relationship with self & with others.
