Having had experience in working with clients with a variety of issues, I aim to help you develop a deeper understanding of your anxiety, overwhelm and stress and collaborate with you to look at ways to overcome and reduce the impact. And along the way, look at your own inner resources and what may be holding you back.
I hold face to face session from Leaf Health in Llandudno, I work with a number of issues such as abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, chronic stress, emotional imbalances, self esteem, relationship issues, plus I have additional training and deep understanding and experience to work with chronic or exhaustive conditions such as M.E/CFS and fibromyalgia.
Finding a counsellor can be a daunting process, so it's often beneficial to have a brief chat first of all. I offer a free 15 minute consultation via Zoom or telephone. I am a BACP member which means that I adhere to high ethics and take great care to provide an empathic, professional and non judgemental practice.
