Hey, I'm Sophie and I am an integrative person centred counsellor. This means that I do not follow a single approach to counselling, and draw on different approaches that I think would be most beneficial to you and welcome any input you may have into this.
I completely understand that the idea of counselling can be daunting and the idea of opening up to a counsellor may feel scary, but after a session or two, I hope that these feelings will be replaced with ones of hope and safety.
