Working with individuals and couples online, I am a trauma-informed, BACP Accredited psychodynamic therapist, embracing of gender, sexuality and relationship diversity. Therapy offers a safe, reflective and compassionate space for self-exploration and support, in which to look together at any areas of concern to you. Over time, the process can help to illuminate the underlying beliefs and habitual ways of being and seeing that we carry, towards a greater sense of possibility, choice and authenticity in the present. Couples therapy additionally offers a safe space in which to build stronger connection, communication and understanding
I draw upon psychodynamic, Jungian, somatic (body-based) and Buddhist psychology in my approach. Together, these lend a depth-oriented and de-pathologising stance that centres a respect for the individual alongside an appreciation of the impact of early life on the present. I offer specialism in gender, sexuality and relationship diversity, and trauma.
