Hello and Welcome! - I'm Sophie, a qualified counsellor with experience of counselling adults and young people. Deciding to begin counselling can be a challenging, emotional experience, and finding the right counsellor can be just as tricky. As a counsellor, I'm passionate about hearing others' stories, supporting them through their emotions and thoughts, and helping them to process and heal from their experiences. Areas I cover include; Anxiety and Depression, Stress, Relationships, Loneliness, LGBTQ+ related matters, and many other areas.
I have broad experience of counselling adults and young people, exploring various topics such as Anxiety and Depression. I offer short and long-term counselling, either face to face in Ramsgate, via Telephone or Online. I use various counselling techniques and theories to provide you a bespoke and personal counselling experience, - tailored to your needs.
