During our lives we may have experience difficulties from early childhood that continue to impact into our adulthood, having someone to listen your problems with an understanding on life experiences and the expertise will benefit greatly to take you safely through a journey to confront and overcome these challenges towards a positive future. The most important support to give to someone is allowing them to feel safe, secure and a non -judgemental space to explore their problems through listening.
I help clients to explore patterns of behaviours that keep them struck from moving forward. I understand it is important for people to know they are accepted, in a safe place and respected by their counsellor to help develop a trusting positive relationship. I use Integrative therapy which is a combined approach that can treat clients in all situations.
One of the most important tool I provide in counselling is to listen to my client with empathy taking you through your therapeutic journey in a warm safe and welcoming space.
