One of my specialities is Counselling for Grief and Bereavement. I also work with couples who have lost a baby or child and can help you to communicate again and work through the trauma, to help you reach an understanding and find your way back to a future together. I also offer counselling for anxiety ,depression, PND, self esteem building, and for issues affecting all stages of life. Such as relationship issues, couples counselling, fertility and pregnancy counselling, Birth Trauma, menopausal and end of life counselling. I have past experience as a Nurse & midwife. I work with Teenagers from 14 onwards.
Within my Grief and Bereavement work I understand your feelings of loss, of how life feels so upside down and how you may feel lost and alone, in pain from your loss. I can explore this with you, help you to understand early feelings of grief and how to heal, recognising your signs of healing. Showing you how to rebuild life around your loss, step by step.
