There are so many reasons for you never to have to suffer in silence, however big or small the issue, struggle or situation. I am here to offer my support and understanding to you! Everyone is unique and manages life's experiences/ hardships differently. I provide a non-judgemental safe space, offering my full support, patience and understanding. Due to my own life experiences, I am able to relate, understand and genuinely empathise with my clients issues, pain and struggles.
As a Person-Centred Counsellor, I provide online/ remote Counselling, enabling and making this service obtainable for those that may find it difficult or challenging to leave their home, or for ease and comfort or simply opening up more opportunities to reach out. I offer a long term, non-judgemental, empathic safe space to share and listen.
I will never define you as your "issue or struggle", but I will see you as a whole, all parts of you. Often we feel stuck, lost, confused, and alone. Collaboratively, I will go on a journey alongside you, offering continuity, warmth, supporting you to reflect, explore, discovering ways in which to manage, adapt, grow, and in becoming your authentic self.
