Hi, I’m Dr Siobhan Walmsley and I’m a HCPC registered Chartered Counselling Psychologist. I work with adults and support clients to collaboratively understand how their past may be holding them back, to help them live happier lives. I believe YOU are the expert in your life and I draw on a range of different models to collaboratively tailor the therapy to your specific needs.
During therapy I am compassionate, non judgemental and empathic, providing a confidential and safe environment for you. I have experience working with adults with a range of presenting mental health difficulties, self-esteem, relational concerns and/or emotional management. My role is to help you find answers rather than me give them.
Everyones experience and situation is unique to them; what may work for one, may not work for another. We will explore your experiences, your strengths and how we can work together to move forward. Deciding to begin therapy can be anxiety provoking. I offer an initial free 10-minute telephone consultation to help establish if I am the right Psychologist.
