I believe therapy can support us through life's challenges. As a Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapist in training, I bring compassion and professionalism to my work. I have successfully supported clients with a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-harm, eating disorders and body image issues, addiction, loss and relationship difficulties. There is a lot of mystery surrounding therapy. I strive to be clear and consistent with my clients so, whilst the work may sometimes be challenging, it is always collaborative and they feel safe and respected as they come to better understand their deepest needs.
I am fully insured and work with adults, offering psychotherapy - a talking therapy. It can help people overcome pain from their pasts, feel supported through current challenges, develop coping strategies and set future goals. If it interests clients, we can also mindfully explore how our emotions and physical symptoms are linked and often impact our lives.
In my experience, being listened to deeply can ease overwhelming emotion, help discover unknown truths about ourselves and make space for new perspective.
