For anyone wanting to understand their emotions, find life easier to cope with and work on self-improvement and self-esteem, I am here to help you build positive mental health strategies into your day-to-day life so that things can feel easier to manage. I have extensive experience working with self-esteem, anxiety and stress management. Alongside those, I am experienced in supporting with depression, body image concerns, grief and relationship issues (whether that be partner, family, friend etc.). I will cater the therapy to you by allowing you to guide me in what you would like to explore and gain from the process.
I'm a humanistic therapist - in a nutshell, this means that I see the value and potential in everybody. With all my clients, I come with an approach of complete acceptance and empathy for who they are. In providing acceptance for you, I hope that over time, you can come to provide it for yourself.
Therapy can be nerve-wracking, whether you've been through it before or not. I try to make it feel as natural and comfortable as possible with my easy-going and relaxed nature.
