| Deutsch Most of my clients come to therapy because they don’t feel in charge of their lives and feel stuck, lost and innerly torn, often accompanied by anxieties and low moods or mood swings. Many times this is related to earlier trauma and attachment-based issues. I intend to create a safe space for you to unpack what is at the root of your distress and help you connect with your feelings, values, beliefs and your body. I have deep respect for what has gotten you this far as well as the patterns you want to change and the direction you want to shift your life into. This can be a path of liberation, empowerment and deep self-connection.
As a relational, somatic and transpersonal therapist, I have a creative and intuitive approach which is trauma-informed and values the whole of your being. I draw from a range of exploratory tools such as visualisations, somatic exploration, mindfulness, constellations, creative expression, inner parts work, movement, breathwork, and meditation.
I am inviting you into a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you can explore your identity, relationships and emotions in the presence of an empathic other. I value your autonomy and boundaries and see the sessions as a co-creative space. My intention is to build a trusting, warm relationship in which you can openly communicate your needs.
