I am passionate about what I do and have experience with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety and depression. My specialist areas are drug or alcohol dependency, eating disorders and anxiety. After working for the NHS for a number of years, I now offer private therapy sessions. The approach I use is person centred and tailored to your needs.
