I provide counselling to adults on a one-to-one basis for a wide range of difficulties, including low mood, stress, anxiety, and bereavement. I also specialise in working with gifted adults and autistic adults.
Counselling sessions are held online (video call), over the telephone, or at my therapy room in North Hykeham (nr. Lincoln). I endeavour to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) or 48 hours (weekends). If you find you haven't received a response, please check your spam/junk folders.
