I have served as a nurse in the Army for nearly 30 years and have significant experience in treating Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in both combat related PTSD and non military related traumas. I have successfully treated patients using online therapy allowing them to undergo treatment from the comfort of their own homes without the worry of travelling to and from their therapy sessions.
I am qualified in both EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy with extensive experience in both and receive regular supervision and training.
Despite my extensive military experience I consider myself a nurse first and a soldier second. I have experience in all types of trauma that is not limited to combat trauma and am happy to take any questions on whether I am the right therapist for you.
