I Help Humans Harness their Happy. I am a London & Essex based Psychotherapist and Human Givens Practitioner. I am Specialist in good sleep, insomnia busting, stress management & anxiety, I work in both the business and private sectors helping clients to understand why they are reacting in a certain way and enabling them to restore balance and fulfilment to their lives. I worked in the corporate world for over 25 years, specialising in Human Resources, Training and Building Teams in a variety of settings.
Human Givens therapy is effective because it draws on the collective findings from psychology, neurobiology and the best psychotherapeutic techniques being used in the 21st century. Treatment is fast, brief and effective, using powerful principles that enable people to rediscover meaning, drive and energy thus allowing them to tackle poor sleep and anxiety,
