I am a BACP accredited psychotherapist with over 15 years experience within private practice and both public and financial sectors at a senior level. Sometimes, people are clear about what they are struggling with: anxiety, panic attacks, depression, PTSD, grief/loss, personal or work related issues/relationships etc. Others may be less clear and feel that what they are experiencing "is not bad enough". Whichever group you fall into, if you have an experience or situation that is impacting your daily life; either something that happened years ago or more recently, working to find a way forward, is your choice.
My referrals are from private individuals, EAPs, insurance companies, GPs and direct recommendations. My aim is to provide a non-judgemental, confidential and safe environment in which to work together. Therapy could help you e.g. gain insight/perspective, manage your emotions, develop coping strategies and resources which will support you going forward.
