Helping to raise awareness of your experience in the present, I can facilitate and support your process towards developing a new unique perspective. I believe by incorporating the cognitive, physical and emotional experience, we can reach a deeper, more meaningful understanding of ourselves.
I offer a safe, confidential space to explore your feelings, thoughts and actions, finding a way forward together. I offer an initial session at a lower cost, to explore what brings you to therapy and see if we are the right match for your needs. I offer sessions at my practice in South Woodford, and the option of online sessions if this is more suitable.
I believe anybody can benefit from counselling and would like to make my service accessible to as many as possible.
