I am an Integrative Therapy Practitioner. I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and have been BACP Accredited since 2005. I became a qualified Life Coach in 2004 and later whilst working at the Priory Hospital Chelmsford, completed an Intensive course in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I went on to develop and lead the DBT Program, which has become very successful and helped many people improve their well being and life balance.
I work with people who suffer from mood disorders, depression, anxiety, work stress, anger issues, relationship difficulties, emotional regulation issues, and associated behavior issues.
