I am passionate about providing a therapeutic service to help people of all ages with their presenting issues, to support their mental health and wellbeing and to assist them with strategies and skills that can prevent their troubles from escalating. We are all just trying our best in this busy world but sometimes need a little support along the way, especially in times of difficulty. I developed Sunrise Wellbeing to provide a bespoke emotional support service, tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Through a friendly integrative approach, we can work together to understand emotions and develop healthy coping strategies.
1:1 counselling and psychotherapy sessions available for adults and young people to explore and talk through their feelings and difficulties in a safe therapeutic space. Fun creative emotional support sessions available for children aged 6 years upwards.
