I offer online confidential person centred counselling. I use many different tools such as Interactively meaning that I can use many techniques and approaches, depending on each clients individual needs. I also work with couples who are having a difficult time. I have experience of working both short and long term opened counselling. Together we can explore what brings you to therapy and decide on the most appropriate way forward. I am hear to lister, support and what ever the issue counselling can help you through a difficult time.

Also, for couples that are going through an emotional time. I can offer support in a calm, non-judgemental and supportive way.
