Life can often throw problems our way, counselling can help make sense of what's happening and allow you to move forward positively. I strive to help people achieve their goals, improve their quality of life. Providing a space where you can be heard and respected. I offer a flexible approach to appointments and a relaxed confidential space for sessions.
Qualified person-centred counsellor, I work integratively with a blend of CBT, humanistic and psychodynamic counselling. I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I provide one-to-one counselling within a safe, confidential environment where you are able to constructively explore any issues that are causing you upset.
I believe that by building a strong therapeutic relationship and working collaboratively there is potential to increase self-awareness, understanding and confidence which can lead to clarity, insight and change. Counselling has the potential to make sense of life’s issues in a non-judgmental way and find ways forward.
