I draw on different approaches, so I can work with you in the way that best meets your needs in the moment. Through sensitive and gradual exploration of your problems, we can work towards resolving conflict and finding your own inner peace.
I’ve had a rich and diverse range of experiences in my own life, all of which have allowed me to grow both personally and professionally. This has led me to the guiding belief that within the pain of our most challenging times lies the opportunity for healing and transformation.
Whatever you are experiencing in your life I can help and support you on your own journey of self-discovery and positive growth. I offer flexible working arrangements in the form of weekly or fortnightly sessions, these can be online or face to face, short term or long term as appropriate.
