You may sense that part of you is hidden, maybe even from yourself, tripping you up when it matters most, that your life is not quite what you hoped or your choices are unfulfilling. Working together we can listen out for your quiet inner voice, the one that already knows you and already knows how to be.
All emotions have a place; anxiety, anger, grief and confusion, please bring them. I work using art & movement, and draw on myths, stories and theory, whatever interests you. I am experienced in supporting clients on-line. I can help you to reduce your anxiety, gently face into your trauma and to feel your way into your best life.
We all need a little help sometimes. With a little time and professional support we can heal, find joy and thrive. I charge £60-£70 per session for psychotherapy or, £35 per session (for 6 sessions) for those on lower income. I offer lower cost supervision to counselling students.
