I cover a wide range of presenting issues; I specialise in obesity, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, addiction issue, sexual abuse and trauma, bereavement, low esteem and confidence, self harm and relationship problems. I employ a wide range of methods and counselling theories in my work.
