I am an experienced psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & EMDR therapy with 15 years of clinical experience. I have worked extensively in the National Health Service as a clinician and team manager with responsibilities over other therapists. I am also a qualified life coach and mentor.
I offer evidence based psychological therapies in line with NICE guidelines for the treatment of depression and anxiety presentations (generalised anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorders, panic, health anxiety, phobias, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, body dysmorphia and long term health conditions
