You may be someone who feels that they manage well in many areas of your life, but experiences challenges in one specific area perhaps this may be relationships or work or something else. I have experience of working with sexual violence/domestic abuse and have supported clients that are recovering from traumatic experiences, through the pre trial circumstances, as well approaching challenging life experiences post trial. I work in a collaborative way with you to help identify issues which might be causing disruption to your sense of identity, control or sense of achievement, self-esteem, quality of life or relationships.
I work in a trauma informed way, adapting therapeutic approaches to support you with identifying goals and work towards achieving them whether you are an adult, child or young person. I have experience and training in Eating disorders, Pre trial therapy and supporting clients to create an opportunity to explore what may causing disruption in your life.
I am an empathetic, patient therapist who will create a space for you to consider potentially challenging issues in a boundaried and safe way. I used different models and approaches to work integratively in a way that suit your needs. I have experience of working with many diverse backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations and identities.
