I have dedicated the last 10 years of my career to working within the mental health and wellbeing services, and this has left me with the skills and expertise to support those in a variety of situations and from a range of different backgrounds. I offer brief (6-12 sessions) and longer term (open ended) counselling and psychotherapy. Being an Integrative Psychotherapist means that I am able to adapt therapy around you and use different approaches based on what is most appropriate for you and your needs. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, relational, interactive and creative.
I believe the relationship between us is the most important thing within therapy and aim to offer you a comfortable, safe space in order to foster a beautiful relationship. There are many reasons that bring people to therapy and whatever yours may be, just know it is an important first step.
