Some look for support through difficult experiences in life, both past and present; some want to gain a better understanding of their recurrent patterns. If these are familiar with how you have been feeling, I'm here to support you to find out your difficulties and resolve them with you. I believe my relationship with you in the therapeutic process is important for change and transformation. I am compassionate about helping people to find their own ways and treating a variety of clients for many years.
The foundation of my training and supervision is psychodynamic, however I have worked alongside several experienced psychotherapists which has helped me to develop my practice in a more integrative way including cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, interpersonal and systemic approach. I tailor every treatment to meet your needs and expectations.
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and safe place which allow us to get to know your issues and begin to facilitate change effectively. I believe each client is unique with their own experiences, therefore each therapy process is unique. I currently work at Whittington Hospital NHS Trust and do offer online therapy besides face to face sessions.
