Hello. I'm a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist currently able to offer online sessions to adults in the UK. For the past 15 years, I have specialised in working with people who have a physical health condition, to overcome intense low mood, anxiety, anger issues and other difficulties. I also work with NHS staff. In addition, I am experienced in helping with experiences of trauma as well as sex & relationship difficulties and working with people from marginalised communities. QTIPOC people are welcomed.
A first assessment session would clarify the problem you want help with and enable us to begin considering potential changes. During an agreed number of (50 min) sessions after this, I might use a range of evidence-based therapies (e.g. CBT, CFT, ACT and systemic approaches) according to what would work best for you and the difficulties that we discuss.
I aim to create a safe space for all people I work with and ensure I check in regularly to meet my clients’ needs. I offer a (free) 15 minute phone call initially to help us work out if we can work together. After this, I am always happy to offer a one-off assessment appointment in the first instance before you decide whether or not to continue sessions.
